Business & Office Relocation

Desks, IT, archives and stock moved to a schedule that keeps you trading.

An office move is judged on one thing: how long you were unable to work. That makes sequencing more important than the raw shipping cost — IT last out and first in, archives whenever, furniture in between.

We plan the move in phases around your trading hours rather than as one disruptive lift.

Phased scheduling

Archives early, IT last out and first in, so downtime stays short.

Out-of-hours moves

Evening and weekend collection available on most lanes.

Archives as freight

Palletised records priced at freight rates, not per box.

One coordinator

A single contact across every phase of the move.

Phasing the move

Most offices split naturally into three waves. Archives, storage and anything not used daily can go early. Furniture goes next. IT and workstations go last out and first in, so downtime is measured in hours rather than days. Out-of-hours and weekend collection is available on most lanes.

IT equipment

Back everything up before anything is unplugged — that is not our job but it is the thing most likely to hurt. Original boxes are ideal; failing that, screens need rigid boxes with board protection across the face, and servers should travel upright and strapped. Label every cable bundle to the machine it belongs to.

Archives and records

Archive boxes are heavy and consistent, which makes them ideal freight. Palletise and wrap them and the per-pound rate drops sharply compared with sending them as individual boxes. Keep a numbered inventory: reconciling a records move without one is painful.

Stock and equipment

Retail stock, workshop tools and machinery are priced in their own weight bands. If you have a mix of light stock and heavy plant, tell us both and we will split it across the right equipment rather than compromising on one truck.

Common questions

Can you move us over a weekend?

On most lanes, yes. Weekend and out-of-hours work needs a little more notice, so raise it early in planning.

Do you handle IT disconnection and reconnection?

We handle transport and, with white glove, placement. Disconnection and reconnection is normally your IT team or their contractor.

Can the move be split across dates?

Yes, and it usually should be. Give your coordinator the phases and we schedule each one separately.
