Buying remotely is normal now — furniture on Marketplace, tools on eBay, a car or a lot at auction. The awkward part is always collection: a seller in another state, limited availability, and often a storage clock ticking.
We coordinate directly with the seller or the auction yard and bring the item to you.

Furniture, tools, machinery, vehicles and estate lots.
Private sellers
Give us the seller’s name, address and mobile number and we will arrange the collection with them directly. You do not have to relay times between two strangers in different states. The seller only needs to be present to hand the item over and sign.
Auction houses and yards
Auctions have their own release rules: the lot must be paid in full and released in the system before a driver can collect, and the gate pass usually has to be in the carrier’s name. Send us the lot number, your buyer number and the yard location at booking and we will line it up correctly the first time.
Storage fees are the real deadline
Most yards allow a short free period after the sale, then charge daily. That clock, not your convenience, should drive the collection date. Book transport as soon as you win rather than waiting for payment to clear.
Describe it accurately
Auction listings are optimistic about condition and vague about weight. If it is furniture, estimate the weight. If it is a vehicle, say whether it runs, rolls and steers. If it is machinery, find the data plate. An accurate description is what stops a driver arriving with the wrong equipment.
Common questions
What do you need to collect from an auction?
The lot number, your buyer number and the yard location. The lot must be paid for and released in the auction system before a driver can collect.
The seller is only free at certain times — is that a problem?
Give us their availability at booking and we will match a carrier to it. Tight windows are easier on well-served lanes than rural ones.
What if the item is not as described when the driver arrives?
The driver reports it and we call you before anything is loaded. Nothing gets moved that does not match the booking.
