Anything that fits in a box and weighs under about 50 lb sits in our parcel band, which is the cheapest rate we quote. Because we price on weight and distance rather than a fixed zone tariff, a light package travelling a long way stays sensible instead of jumping a price bracket.
Every parcel gets its own tracking number and the same timeline you would expect from a national courier.

Priced on real weight and real miles, not a fixed zone chart.
What travels well as a parcel
Documents and contracts, sample products, spare parts, small electronics, gifts, clothing, and single-box e-commerce orders. If you can lift it comfortably on your own, it is almost certainly a parcel job.
Packing that survives the network
Use a double-walled box with at least two inches of padding on every side, and make sure nothing rattles when you shake it. Tape all seams along the long edge and across both ends. Remove or fully cover any old labels — a stray barcode is one of the most common causes of a misroute.
For documents, a rigid envelope beats a padded one. Paper creases in transit if it can flex.
Weight and dimensions
Give us the real weight. If the box is large but light, add the dimensions too: we charge on the greater of actual and volumetric weight, so a big empty-ish crate prices for the deck space it actually occupies rather than what it weighs on a scale.
Common questions
How small is too small?
Nothing is too small — a single envelope is fine. Very short, very light jobs hit our minimum charge, which is the floor any shipment can price at.
Can I send several boxes as one shipment?
Yes. Put the combined weight in and set the number of items. Several boxes on one booking is cheaper than several separate bookings.
Do you carry anything restricted?
No hazardous materials, no perishables, no cash, and nothing prohibited by federal law. If you are unsure about an item, call us before booking.
