Base access
Most installations will not admit a commercial hauler without prior arrangement, and some will not admit one at all. In practice the driver meets you just outside the gate at an agreed spot. Your coordinator confirms this before collection, so nobody is sitting at a guard post trying to negotiate entry.
When orders move
They usually do. Adjusting dates before a carrier is dispatched costs nothing — call your coordinator as soon as you know and we will re-plan.
Household goods and vehicles together
A PCS normally means both. Booking them together lets your coordinator sequence collection and delivery so you are not waiting on one to use the other, and a combined weight often prices better than two separate jobs.
Deployment storage
If you are deploying rather than relocating, we can move belongings or a vehicle to a family address or storage and bring them back when you return. Arrange both legs at once where you can.
Common questions
Can the carrier come onto the installation?
Rarely. Access rules vary and most bases will not admit a commercial hauler. The standard arrangement is a meeting point just outside the gate.
What if my orders change after I book?
Tell your coordinator. Date changes before dispatch cost nothing. After dispatch we do what we can, but there may be a cost.
Do you ship overseas?
We handle the domestic leg to or from the port. The ocean leg goes through the government-contracted process under your orders.
